Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Charlotte

Our mission is to provide the families of children being treated in area medical facilities with a safe, affordable and caring "home-away-from-home." Our residential House program offers traveling families a safe place to call home for the duration of their child's treatment, providing them with a bedroom, bathroom, daily meals and more. Our second program is the Ronald McDonald Family Room at Caroline's Corner located within Novant Health Hemby Children's Hospital which provides onsite refreshments, lounge space, laundry and shower facilities to all patients and families. The goal of both programs is to provide needed support services to families so that they can focus on what matters most: the treatment and recovery of their child. (Less)
