We believe everyone should have the opportunity to explore a personal relationship with Jesus, wherever they are in the world, for free. Alpha's mission is to see the evangelization of the nations, the revitalization of the church and the transformation of society. Together we can see churches revitalized across the country and hundreds of thousands of lives transformed by an encounter with Jesus. Alpha is an opportunity to explore the meaning of life in a relaxed, friendly setting. The Alpha course usually meets once per week for 10 weeks and includes an amazing one-day or weekend getaway. Each session people enjoy great food, laughter and learning about the teachings of Jesus in a fun and friendly atmosphere where no question about life or God is seen as too simple or too hostile. (Less)
