Florida Breast Cancer Foundation strives to end the suffering caused by breast cancer through scientific research, community education, support resources, and public policy through advocacy.Florida Breast Cancer Foundation funds education programs in underserved communities throughout the state in an effort to empower women and men to take control of their breast health and reduce the number of breast cancer related deaths in the state of Florida. Florida Breast Cancer Foundation is also committed to funding innovative research to discover more effective ways to diagnose, treat, and cure breast cancer. FBCF also funds living expense, medical supplies, and mammogram programs. In addition, FBCF offers support groups, as we know the value of support and understanding to a woman or man on their breast cancer journey. (Less)
